ماوريتس كورنيليس إيشر Maurits Cornelis Escher ( ولد في 17 يونيو 1898 - 27 مارس 1972) رسام هولندي يعرف بلوحاته المستوحاة رياضيا مما جعله رائدا في مجال محاولة تمثيل المفارقات الرياضية عن طريق الفن . تظهر في لوحاته العديد من تركيبات المستحيلة و محاولات استكشاف اللانهاية و العمارة و قضايا التبليط الرياضية .
