Simple HTML markup in Bluefish.
The font used is "terminal", a most excellent font by Bitstream, which is available in BDF format in regular and bold, 75dpi and 100dpi, in the font-bitstream-75dpi and font-bitstream-100dpi packages here. Unsurprisingly, it comes with most distributions of X, which comes with most GNU/Linux distributions. Many resources for converting BDF to other formats are listed at fontforge.sf.net, the home of FontForge, which can also convert BDF.
