This is a trivial modification of Image:Flag of Turkey.svg. It uses the number 1/3 given in the construction sheet at Flags of the World, instead of having the leftmost point of the star be exactly between the tips of the crescent. The error is small (0.01542 of the height of the flag), but easily visible.
This flag sizing is wrong. The edge of the star have to be between the tips of the cresent. Size of the Turkish flag can be found at www.ttk.org.tr Turkish Historical Society web page.
