According to Library of Congress there are "no known restrictions of publication". According to this information, this is the official marriage picture of King Farouk and Queen Farida. According to this page the marriage took place in Cairo, on January 20th, 1938. As an official photograph this picture was surely published in Egypt at that time. Because pictures in Egypt are protected for 15 years after publication, it is assumed that this image is in public domain.
