Summary

Subject : Aaron Aaronsohn (1876—1919) was a renowned Palestinian Jewish botanist and agronomist , traveller, entrepreneur, and politician. Aaronsohn is remembered primarily as the discoverer of 'the mother of the wheat', as well as the founder and head of Nili, a ring of Jewish patriots spying for the British in World War I.
